Return Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

• Return Period: Numis Girona offers an extended return period of 30 calendar days (one month) starting from the date of receipt of the product.

• Return Shipping Costs: The direct costs of return shipping shall be borne by the buyer.

• Exception (Defective Product or Shipping Error): If the item received is faulty, has an undisclosed defect, or there is a shipping error, Numis Girona will fully cover the costs of collection and replacement.

• Item Condition: The piece or accessory must be returned in the exact same condition in which it was delivered, with intact capsules, holders, or original packaging. Numis Girona reserves the right to decline a return if the product or packaging does not arrive in its original condition.

Shipments are processed and dispatched via NACEX and Correos. Delivery time within mainland Spain is 24 to 48 business hours from order preparation. Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary depending on courier conditions. Numis Girona is not liable for shipping delays caused by factors beyond its control.
